Security holders are advised that GCR Ratings ("GCR") has, on 26 April 2024, upgraded Fortress' national scale
long-term issuer rating from AA-(ZA) to AA(ZA) and affirmed the national scale short-term issuer rating at
A1+(ZA). The rating outlook is Stable.
